Alfalah GHP Money Market Fund (“AGMMF” or “the Fund”) is a low-risk profile money market Fund. The Fund aims to generate competitive returns consistent with its low-risk profile through a portfolio comprising short-term instruments, including cash deposits, money market placements and Government Securities. As of Jun'26, the Fund's AUM stood at approximately PKR 81,899mln, compared with approximately PKR 78,452mln as of Dec'25, reflecting healthy growth in Fund size during the period. In terms of asset allocation, the Fund maintained approximately 42.6% in cash placements, followed by 26.3% in T-Bills, 22.1% in placements with Banks/DFIs, 6.7% in Government Backed/Government Guaranteed securities, 5.10% in PIBs and 1.89% in Commercial Papers/Sukuks, with the remaining portion allocated to other instruments. The allocation reflects a highly liquid portfolio with significant exposure to sovereign and high-quality placement avenues. From a credit quality perspective, approximately 77.7% of the portfolio was invested in Government Securities/AAA rated avenues, while 20.0% was allocated to AA+/A1+ rated instruments, with the remaining portion invested in other categories. The portfolio's credit quality remains supported by its significant exposure to Government Securities/AAA rated avenues and highly rated counterparties. At end-Jun'26, the Fund's WAM stood at 23 days, reflecting a short-tenor investment strategy and low sensitivity to credit risk. The duration stood at 26 days, indicating low sensitivity to interest rate movements. The top ten investor concentration stood at approximately 26.52%, exposing the Fund to moderate level of redemption pressure in the event of sizeable withdrawals. However, the redemption pressure can be manageable due to the Fund's sizeable investments in bank placements. In terms of performance, the Fund reported a 12-month trailing return of 11.06% as of Jun'26, which remained below the benchmark return of 11.64% but marginally above the peer average return of 11.07%. The Fund's performance remained broadly aligned with the peer average, while trailing its benchmark during the period. Going forward, any material changes in the investment policy and/or compliance with the rating criteria for the assigned rating would have an impact on the ratings.
